I was a seller. Etsy customers lie about products received and Etsy forces the refund then the buyer has no obligation to return the item. If you try to get help, etsy will give you the run around. If I didn't know how damaging it is to sellers, I would go buy a lot of stuff and then lie and say the seller sent the wrong item, get a refund and never return the item. Etsy encourages this behavior. Etsy sucks!
