“order 4693791522 my order was cancelled a week after it was accepted the seller found a buyer who would pay a higher price IT IS SAD THE SELLER CHANGED the price I looked on ETSY sure he was selling the same item at a much higher price Unethical !!! ETSY should remove him as a seller How ever I get a feeling ETSY could care less They should contact the seller”

“Embarrassingly primitive website. I cannot order more than one size of the same item at a time! Once I've completed an order, the site bounces me out of the store I was at and casts me into its own Etsy cyber-void so I have to find my own way back. Etsy makes it almost impossible to find and print a receipt--at least three unnecessary steps, each difficult to find and navigate. Fortunately, I only have to use Etsy for one item I regularly purchase. I would NEVER shop there otherwise. It's a confusing disaster.”

“I just started selling a few items on Etsy. Well, what an awful company. Their customer support is incompetent. They keep removing one of my listings due to “medical statement” prohibition, to which I’m making none. I asked the support to elaborate where my error in listing is and they can’t state it themselves—they can only remove it. On my last sale, Etsy charge me $7+ for a shipping label and it said i had saved 30% on shipping cost by purchasing with them. Mind you, I might be new to Etsy, but I’ve been selling online longer than Etsy has been in existence and I’m quite familiar with many shipping costs. I was only shipping 5 cosmetic spatulas— 2 inch silicone spatulas. Out of curiosity, I asked the employee at the post office what that would’ve cost if I had bought directly from them. His response $4.82. So Etsy ripped me off by $3. Let alone its false advertising Time to remove my listings from there. I just wanted to try it and it’s not worth it.”
