“Rip off fees. Also, It's completely unacceptable that they even charge for sales I make when selling in person with my square app, especially when I'm selling items that are not available etsy (which is most of my in person sales). Also silly that in person sales count as sales on my Etsy profile when people can't leave reviews. It looks odd that I have over 100 sales but only 13 reviews.”

“order 4693791522 my order was cancelled a week after it was accepted the seller found a buyer who would pay a higher price IT IS SAD THE SELLER CHANGED the price I looked on ETSY sure he was selling the same item at a much higher price Unethical !!! ETSY should remove him as a seller How ever I get a feeling ETSY could care less They should contact the seller”

“Embarrassingly primitive website. I cannot order more than one size of the same item at a time! Once I've completed an order, the site bounces me out of the store I was at and casts me into its own Etsy cyber-void so I have to find my own way back. Etsy makes it almost impossible to find and print a receipt--at least three unnecessary steps, each difficult to find and navigate. Fortunately, I only have to use Etsy for one item I regularly purchase. I would NEVER shop there otherwise. It's a confusing disaster.”
