I received a request for a review and as often is the case, an error had been made. Instead of typing a message, I accidentally hit the stars and then, continued with the message stating that I had NOT yet received the item, but would certainly review it upon arrival. I heard from the seller wondering why I had given a rating when I didn't have the product. We ordered a name necklace order #1230960322 on Sept. 24th with instructions on where to mail this gift. As of this date 10/17/17 the necklace was never received, no contact tel. nr to reach the person assigned: Lior Lanyado. VERY DISAPPOINTED & UNHAPPY.
