Ordered an item for £300 late November with the promise of dispatch within a few days. Xmas came and went with multiple emails sent to the seller but had no reply’s. Had to by another Xmas gift and still out of pocket for the £300 now in early jan. I have escalated my complaint to Etsy for mediation and they’ve not bothered to respond either a week later. No matter how cheap it is DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE - TERRIBLE!!!!
