There is no customer service at all. Buy at your own risk. I bought a baby dress which never arrived. I paid $30 shipping costs. The seller refused to issue a refund. I opened the case and elevated it per Etsy rules, but Etsy just closed the case. Period. There is no phone number or email to reach customer service.
