I have ordered multiple times on Etsy from a variety of sellers. My experience has been very satisfactory. I rate this site to a high standard. The sellers provide an excellent buying experience and communication is first class. All purchases have been packaged with care and delivered quickly. If an order can't be delivered on time, the buyer will give you the option to cancel and receive a full refund.I cannot comment on returns apart from stating that I've never had to do this. I highly recommend using Etsy for a unique online shopping experience.
