I had an Esty account for a few months-2 tops. I went to log in and my account was closed. no email explanation, nothing. I didn't have many sales, much less reviews. when i tried to contact them via chat, I could only read the first few words which were " refused service" and the chat closed. I cant sell, or purchase. absolutely terrible. DONT OPEN YOUR SMALL BUISNESS HERE. They can take it away with no notice, explanation or reason.
