I contacted Carol at Carol H Designs who designs beautiful sterling silver and Swarovski Crystal jewelry. I had a concern about the "shade" of red bead for a bracelet that I was ordering. Carol immediately contacted me and displayed samples of the red beads for my approval. She then prepared a beautiful red/wine color crystal bead bracelet and included tiny silver interspersing beads and a lovely tiny red crystal dangling at end of the chain. Much care and love went into her work....and she followed up with me to ensure my satisfaction. It was a real delight working with Carol Designs at Etsy.
