This is the email I sent to the Etsy "customer service." Shame on Etsy and the US Postal Service.
"Please please please help me. I've made very few sales on Etsy, and was so excited when I made one to Coos Bay, Oregon. I was having trouble navigating the shipping label interface on your website, and ended up accidently ordering three labels. You have records that show I only made one sale to this individual in Oregon. I just received notification that my request for a refund was denied by the post office. They also have records that only one label was used. Not issuing a refund is stealing! I see the tagline for Etsy is, "Keep Commerce Human." Humans make mistakes. I hate to lose nearly $80 in fraudulent shipping charges at a time that I really need the money. "
