There is no customer service!!! I can't even begin to tell you about how very inefficient & unacceptable Etsys' so called help/customer service is . After 3 hours of trying to get help or talk to a person, I gave up ( on hold for almost an hour}and still no help. I will NEVER buy through them again!!Too bad there isn't a number lower than 1, perhaps a minus 10 or lower could express the total waste
of time and effort just to place an order!! NEVER AGAIN
