There customer service is awful, I purchase from a vendor on there web site, I didn't receive it, opened a case, the vendor said they shipped it and showed a shipping label ( nothing else ) so Etsy closed the case and I was told to try PayPal to get my money back!
I will never buy a thing using Etsy again ( Amazon ) all the way, if I had used Amazon I would have my product or a refund by now.
