Terrible customer service! I needed to return a bracelet (within the time frame) and I spent an HOUR trying to find someone at Etsy to contact. The seller had a bogus email address. It kept bringing me back to the same pages which were of no help AT ALL! I just want to return this darn bracelet and get my money back! I will never do business with Etsy again!
