My purchase did not arrive & did not have a tracking receipt. I requested a refund . I've been told that the refund was made & a receipt that states this but it was not credited back to my credit card , so where is it??? After multiple attempts to find this out, I still don't know.
This is not a good business model. Unless I can resolve this somehow, I would not recommend etsy to anyone.
