First let me say overall I have always had no problems with Esty and I will continue to order from them. But I will stay away from the Chit Chat site. I wanted to return an item but they make it so hard that I did what they wanted, I gave up! I think anyone in this type business would expect to have returns and make it painless. And if they don't it is a good avoid this sites.
