I set up my shop last year after 8 years in the 3rd sector, through a global pandemic, eventually sold some of my art, shipped and added tracking only to have my shop shut and my balance stolen. 3 months in and I’m still trying to get someone to reply to my endless messages on their platform. They ignore me and keep my money.
Absolutely awful business.
