We ordered and paid for a product on Nov. 24 paid for it at order time was promised a 7 to 10 day delivery. Still do not have product after daily emails with photos included where the company keeps making excuse after excuse of why we dont have it even giving us fake tracking numbers. Etsy has been no help getting seller to send product or refund our money. Unfortunately ruining a Christmas for someone I love. DO NOT order from Etsy they are not helpful to customers. Tammy Murphy
