Although I have received some really lovely things from Etsy, the amount of items I have ordered that have been ‘lost in the post’ is disproportionate. I would say that every three things I have bought from Etsy, one will not show up. I have got the money back every time from the seller, but the number of cases are so high. Compare this to Ebay where I also buy items from private sellers, I have never had an item disappear from EBay. In comparison about 8 of my Etsy orders mysteriously haven’t shown up.
