This is among some of the worst service I have ever experienced
I ordered a product on April 11. I waited a whole month for the item to arrive.
The seller then contacted me and Appologized because Etsy had closed down their account
So here is where it gets really stupid.
You can't just contact someone and get your money back even though only they have access.
No.
You have to open a case file.
Then you have to wait 3 days.
Then you have to escalate it if nothing is done.
7 days later after escalating my case Etsy hasn't done anything to help me or contact me.
They are prob hoping I'll go away.
I'm NOT going away and if I don't hear from them by June they a will be hearing from me a ton more.
My advice to anyone thinking of using their services is unless they prove to me otherwise don't waste your valuable money and time as you may not get either back.
