I, too, have tried to contact someone from this company. Its impossible to get help. My merchandise came out of their bags, one of my plumeria cuttings being curled and defective. I sent pictures and complained about the lack of proper attention to packaging, no instructions and poor quality of merchandise. Nothing has been done nor has there been any communication. Do not use this company unless you have money to burn.
