Amazing anniversary trip in Laos and Cambodia This is the first time for both me and my wife in Southeast Asia. We chose Laos and Cambodia over other countries because of the rich cultural heritage and a lot of choices for local interaction. My agent Linh at Exotic Voyages did a very good job in helping us with the itinerary. We loved all the hotels that she chose for us. They were stunning and gave us a feeling of a getaway in the middle of the city. For activities, I would recommend the sunset cruise in Luang Prabang. It probably is the best chance to see the city in its daily life. The experience of witnessing alms-giving in the early morning was great also.
