Pre-trip planning was very good, but unfortunately the trip did not meet our expectations. The agency that was used in Sri Lanka was sloppy and made a number of errors in their bookings, the driver spent the majority of the time on his cellphone - even while driving - looking after his own travel business, and there were no guides arranged for at any of the sights we had planned to visit on our itinerary. We are very disappointed especially after having used Exotic Voyages for an almost perfect trip to Myanmar a couple of years ago. What a shame.
