They just try their best to avoid refunds

They blame DHL all of the time, I am trying to get a refund for a purchase that stayed at customs for two months due to Brexit, I live in Greece
I immediately asked for the product to be returned and their customerservice is just bluntly lying to me again ang again, every week via phone and email
I even had DHL email them, but still nothing
over 1000 euros, they are just terrible
I will never use them again, only LYST from now on
