It has been 3 weeks that I created a return for an order that one item was mistakenly delivered and the other one not as description but no one came to collect the package . 2 weeks I am following up on WhatsApp and emails but no answers even there phone number allocated to my country of residence is not working . Total scam this time . Even though previous orders were good but this time it is awful .

Extremely disappointing experience with Farfetch – poor handling and no customer support I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience shopping with Farfetch. I placed an order for a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes on 15 February 2025, but when the package arrived, it contained only one shoe. Despite promptly reporting the issue and following all requested steps, it has now been over one month and I still have not received the missing shoe. Farfetch attempted to ship the missing item three separate times — and each time, the package was returned to sender due to missing documentation (no commercial invoice included). This shows a complete breakdown of their logistics and quality control. Throughout this process, I had to send multiple emails to their customer service team. After their latest shipping failure, I sent two follow-up emails over two weeks, asking for a solution — and received no response whatsoever. For a company that sells luxury goods, this level of service is completely unacceptable. - No proper case ownership - Repeated logistical mistakes - Zero communication or follow-up after multiple complaints I expected much better from a brand like Farfetch. At this point, I have no resolution, no product, and no assistance. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before ordering from Farfetch if you expect reliability, proper customer support, or timely delivery.

I ordered a pair of designer shoes expecting a brand-new, pristine item, but what arrived looked like it had been passed around dozens of times. The soles weren’t scuffed, yet the leather creases, light dust inside the box, and general wear made it obvious someone else had tried them on far more than a simple indoor fit check. I even wore them briefly myself to confirm the fit (they ran too large) and returned them immediately, complete with dust bags, authenticity cards, and the original box, within Farfetch’s 30-day policy. Instead of a genuine resolution, I was met with copy-and-pasted “final” responses from multiple agents (Daniela, Rita, etc.) insisting their partner boutique’s decision is non-negotiable. No explanation, no transparency, and no way to escalate to a manager, just robotic emails that ignore the facts. Bottom line: Farfetch may have a sleek site and top designers, but they hide behind partner policies and refuse to stand by their returns guarantee. This was the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had, buyer beware.

FarFetch is a joke! Advertising items which they don’t fulfil. Far fetch stated the items were out of stock yet continue to advertise them on the website. Trading standard should review the company. Nk apology offered. Appalling

I had a shocking experience with Farfetch and I seriously question their financial stability of the company. I brought 3 Tom Ford’s blouses, silk with a bow. 2 from Net A Porter and one from Farfetch. When it arrived I could see the colour was not white enough. Without trying it on, it I sent it back in one working day. I asked for a refund. I was then sent a photograph of a similar blouse with knife cut marks in the material. This is completely untrue. Why would I return something that I want refunded with knife marks in the silk? I was told that I returned damaged goods. I have now received five letters telling me they apologise there is nothing they can do and my case is closed. They have also withheld my items. Something is very wrong at Farfetch. I have now asked Amex to pursue payment and will never use this platform again.

Farfetch sent me the wrong package. Since I live in Georgia, I use a third-party shipping service, to which Farfetch delivered the package via FedEx, and they then forwarded it to my country. Now, I’m asking Farfetch to either help me return the package from Georgia at their expense or refund my money. However, they refuse both options and insist that I must return the package at my own cost. The return shipping would cost me over $100, and by the time the package is returned, the 30-day limit will have expired. This was their mistake, yet they are refusing to refund my money.

Farfetch refuses to help with lost package – be careful! I ordered an item from Farfetch, but FedEx forged my signature and falsely marked the package as delivered. I was not home that day, and I provided all the necessary evidence to prove it. Instead of helping me, Farfetch ignored my complaint and refused to take responsibility. They left me without my money and the item! I have reported this case to PayPal and FedEx, and I strongly advise other customers to be cautious when ordering from Farfetch because if something goes wrong, they won’t help you.

I’ve been shopping through Farfetch for a good nine years and never had a problem however I had mix up with a return and it has taken them 3 months and is still unresolved. Their customer service has gone so bad, the call center cannot be reached and is not responsive. When they try to address your query, they take you into endless circles. I am now of the opinion that do not intend to refund a purchase I have returned and they acknowledged and simply intend to steal my money.

Very bad process of return and refundation money. This is the last time to order! My issue was not resolved even after contacting Farfetch customer service as stated in their response! I would recommend not shopping on this website.

I’ve had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with FARFETCH’s customer service. I purchased a set of four plates, one of which arrived cracked. After over 20 days of endless emails and providing photos as requested, I asked for a simple replacement of the broken plate. FARFETCH claimed they couldn't offer a replacement due to their marketplace model, even though the item was still available, and instead insisted on a full return for a refund. Reluctantly, I agreed to follow their return process, despite the inconvenience and frustration it caused. I sent two emails requesting details on how to proceed with the return – including questions about the courier, shipping costs, and how to reorder – but I never received a response. It has now been 15 days without any communication from them. This experience has been a complete waste of time and energy. Not only did they fail to provide a reasonable solution for a damaged item, but they also completely ignored my emails when I was willing to comply with their process. I will not be shopping with FARFETCH again, and I highly advise others to reconsider before making a purchase. The lack of professionalism and customer care is unacceptable.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences with Farfetch, and I feel compelled to warn others. I placed an order that was mishandled, and instead of resolving the issue, I was outright lied to by multiple representatives—specifically Diego and Filippa. They assured me the shipping issue had been taken care of, only for me to later discover through FedEx that my package was actually misdelivered. Not only did Farfetch fail to follow up or inform me that the issue was unresolved, but when I called back to get answers, I was treated as if I was making things up. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was put on hold for an excessive amount of time, only to be told that the manager was “too busy” to speak to me and would call me back the next day. And then, I was hung up on. This level of disregard for customers is absolutely unacceptable. I expected better from a company that claims to be a luxury retailer. Instead, I experienced dishonesty, lack of accountability, and blatant disrespect. Avoid Farfetch at all costs unless you want to risk dealing with incompetent customer service, no resolution to your issues, and zero accountability.

Was a great company few years ago with products affordable at good prices where the business overheads where in line with the consumer expectations. Now in 2025 it's a rip off experience. Not recommended.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Farefrtch (Toteme). They came without protection on the sole. I tried on the left shoe in the bedroom (we have wooden floor, i walked maybe 8 meters with it on my foot) but it was too tight. I sent it back. The refund has been refused based on the fact that the sole had some scratches on it. I find it absurd because i tried one of the shoes once for 1 minute in the bedroom and the next day after delivery I have returned them. This will be my last purchase from Farefetch. They do not protect their shoes sole correctly when delivering them and then the client gets in these absurd situations.

Scam company, I ordered a bag and received it damaged and defect from the manufacture, i returned it right away without even using it and they rejected my return and refused to return it and they were so rude and scammers after they stole my money

Terrible customer service, I've never received a refund!!! I was charged twice for an order on two separate credit cards. I placed an order on Farfetch website, and after receiving a notification that the payment on my card didn’t go through, I proceeded with a second card (Revolut). However, despite the notification, the payment was processed on both cards, resulting in duplicate charges. I returned the order and requested a refund for both charges, but Farfetch never acknowledged the mistake of charging me twice. As a result, I only received a refund on one card. I am still missing the second refund, which should never have been charged. I have been in contact with Farfetch customer service for months, providing all necessary documentation from my banks to support my case, but I have yet to receive a satisfactory response or acknowledgment of their error. My lawyer also sent a registered letter to Farfetch, but they never replied. This is a scam.

They wiped my account after I made a large order and sending a faulty product, delayed everything in resolving the situation, which is still unresolved and I can still not see anything in my account, I still have no access to do anything with my purchases or track any returns, and still no response in how to receive my refund for a faulty item I paid good money for!! I would NOT recommend shopping here, I have zero trust now. Customer service is awful and I feel like i've been scammed out of a lot of money!!

I absolutely do not recommend shopping at Farfetch. I ordered a Gemy Maalouf dress for 2,022.00 Euro. I put it on once, but it didn't fit me. I put it back in the box and returned it. The dress was sent back to me, without much prior notification because according to them the dress was 'dirty in the lower back area and has pulled threads in the chest area.' I knew that couldn't have been me as I have only tried it once, so I complained. The Customer service team either ignored my arguments or dismissed me with 'We're sorry, we can't offer you a solution this time.' I have asked the Customer service for their manager's contact, but have been ignored each time. I simply wanted to have a discussion about the situation and their complete lack of professionality, but their dismissal and ignoration of the entire thing just proves me right again. I suspect the dress has already been sent to me faulty. I hadn't checked the dress when it arrived as they pride themselves to be a luxury brand seller and now I regret it. I will never buy anything from them ever again and I recommend you don't either. Horrific, unprofessional and careless behaviour from Farfetch to their shoppers. Zero respect to their customers.
