No vuelvo a comprar más nunca en mi vida con ellos , llevo 1 mes y medio intentando que me devuelvan unas zapatillas y no consigo que me lo resuelvan se lavan las manos le echan la culpa a la empresa de transporte , con esto quiero ayudar a la gente a que sepan a qué Farfetch no es una página seria para comprarte nada .

They ordered a bag to the wrong house and refused to give me a credit. They string you along and in the end their greed wins out. Never ordering from them again. Their customer service is fraudulent.

Do not use this company it is not legitimate. I purchased a product and returned it in perfect condition and they lied to me saying all the labels had been removed and the clothing had been worn and washed. Completely untrue. I am still waiting weeks later for the product back and they still have my money. Do not shop here under any circumstances unless you want to get ripped off

I had a very frustrating experience with Farfetch. My order was delayed for a month with no clear updates. Eventually, I was told a refund would be issued since the order wasn’t moving forward — but that never happened. Instead, I received an email days later falsely claiming the item had been delivered, even though I never received anything. It’s now been over a week since I was told the refund would be processed, and I’m still waiting. Poor communication and no accountability from customer service. Extremely disappointed and won’t be ordering from Farfetch again.

Another instance of Farfetch sending an alert regarding a sale item and then cancelling almost a month after ordering. And I had to contact them first. Almost bait and switch since they have the item again for regular price (yes, probably a different vendor but they should have better inventory control with their partners. I should just have gotten the item on Ssense)

I have refunded a pare of shoes the shoes were received back there one week ago and i chose simple refund method-to the app itself ( which mentioned can get refund more quickly) been several days I haven’t got any refund back, the process of refund is taking too long and im starting to get worried

I purchased a pair of shoes, tried them on at home, they did not fit, so I returned them. I did not wear the shoes or damage them in any way. Two weeks later, they sent me an email refusing the return and attached photos of shoes with what look like minor water stains on them and slightly scuffed soles. Either the "damage" was so minor that I didn't notice it when I received the shoes (see photos), or they are reselling the shoes I returned and sending me back a different pair. BUYER BEWARE

I ordered an item from Italy through Farfetch, with an expected delivery date of May 21. Today is June 18, and I still haven't received my order. I’ve contacted Farfetch customer support multiple times over the past few weeks, but they continue to ignore my messages. I also tried to reach out to FedEx, but they haven't responded either. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. I paid for a product that never arrived and I’m being ignored by both the retailer and the courier. I do not recommend ordering from Farfetch — there seems to be no accountability when something goes wrong.

⭐ 1 Star Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I had an extremely frustrating experience with FARFETCH. My package was marked as delivered by FedEx with a signature from their own employee—not me—and it was never delivered to my home. I provided FARFETCH with updated and verified proof from FedEx multiple times, starting on April 24, clearly showing the package was not delivered to my address. Despite this, their customer service continued to rely on false proof of delivery from April 18 and ignored all the updated documentation I submitted—including an official FedEx email confirming non-delivery. Even after promising a “thorough investigation,” they repeatedly failed to act. They even submitted that same false information to Klarna in mid-May, weeks after being told it was incorrect. I was disconnected on calls, repeatedly told the issue was under investigation when it clearly wasn’t, and even told on May 1 that I was still responsible for the package—despite all the evidence I provided. It took weeks of pushing on my part just to get a fair resolution. No one should have to work this hard just to be treated honestly. The investigation process was a joke, and FARFETCH showed zero accountability. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ich habe einen Anzug bestellt, der ohne Etikett geliefert wurde, und ihn fristgerecht retourniert. Farfetch behauptet nun, ich hätte das Etikett entfernt, ignoriert meine Hinweise komplett und lehnt die Rücknahme ab. Plötzlich wird mir sogar unterstellt, der Artikel hätte Gebrauchsspuren und Parfumgeruch – ohne jeglichen Beweis. Fotos? Fehlanzeige. Kommunikation? Ausweichend, vertröstend, unprofessionell. Fazit: Kund:innen werden hier für Mängel verantwortlich gemacht, die sie nicht zu verantworten haben. Rückgabe auf eigenes Risiko. Nie wieder Farfetch.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service and shipping process. I placed the order 10 days ago, and when I followed up on the status, they were surprised to find out it hadn’t even been shipped yet and still i need to way for their team to follow up ! dont even waste your time with such platform

I do not recommend this site at all. I am a gold member and this time they made fun of me. I bought a product and they sent me a different color. I understood that the product cannot be exchanged but instead of giving me a 10-15% discount because now the product is much more expensive than I bought it, they gave me free shipping, which I already have because I am a gold member. The money has been blocked with them for 3 weeks, I returned the product. So I was left without the product and without money and I have to pay more for the same product if I want to buy it again. Shame. Other sites like Mytheresa offer 10/15% discount and assume the mistake

I ordered something and it was delivered to the wrong address. That was almost 2 months ago of me calling Farfetch customer service weekly. They refuse to credit me for something I never received. Do business with them at your peril.

I would never ever buy from this place again. They delivered a box with no slippers inside and refused to do anything about. I have never had this happened to me. Scammed me out of $200. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I bought a Givenchy bag in April 2024, it developed a mark and I contacted customer service on March 19 2025. I followed up X 4 times with no adequate response , then in May 2025 I got a response that it was over the 1 year warranty and they will not deal with my query. I went to the Givenchy shop and because it was bought with Farfetch they can’t help. So 6000 SAR later, I learned a hard lesson and I would advise anyone NOT to buy on this site. Go to the retail shop and but, even if it’s a small bit more expensive; it’s worth it when something goes wrong.

It has been 3 weeks that I created a return for an order that one item was mistakenly delivered and the other one not as description but no one came to collect the package . 2 weeks I am following up on WhatsApp and emails but no answers even there phone number allocated to my country of residence is not working . Total scam this time . Even though previous orders were good but this time it is awful .

Extremely disappointing experience with Farfetch – poor handling and no customer support I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience shopping with Farfetch. I placed an order for a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes on 15 February 2025, but when the package arrived, it contained only one shoe. Despite promptly reporting the issue and following all requested steps, it has now been over one month and I still have not received the missing shoe. Farfetch attempted to ship the missing item three separate times — and each time, the package was returned to sender due to missing documentation (no commercial invoice included). This shows a complete breakdown of their logistics and quality control. Throughout this process, I had to send multiple emails to their customer service team. After their latest shipping failure, I sent two follow-up emails over two weeks, asking for a solution — and received no response whatsoever. For a company that sells luxury goods, this level of service is completely unacceptable. - No proper case ownership - Repeated logistical mistakes - Zero communication or follow-up after multiple complaints I expected much better from a brand like Farfetch. At this point, I have no resolution, no product, and no assistance. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before ordering from Farfetch if you expect reliability, proper customer support, or timely delivery.

I ordered a pair of designer shoes expecting a brand-new, pristine item, but what arrived looked like it had been passed around dozens of times. The soles weren’t scuffed, yet the leather creases, light dust inside the box, and general wear made it obvious someone else had tried them on far more than a simple indoor fit check. I even wore them briefly myself to confirm the fit (they ran too large) and returned them immediately, complete with dust bags, authenticity cards, and the original box, within Farfetch’s 30-day policy. Instead of a genuine resolution, I was met with copy-and-pasted “final” responses from multiple agents (Daniela, Rita, etc.) insisting their partner boutique’s decision is non-negotiable. No explanation, no transparency, and no way to escalate to a manager, just robotic emails that ignore the facts. Bottom line: Farfetch may have a sleek site and top designers, but they hide behind partner policies and refuse to stand by their returns guarantee. This was the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had, buyer beware.
