I ordered an item from Italy through Farfetch, with an expected delivery date of May 21. Today is June 18, and I still haven't received my order.
I’ve contacted Farfetch customer support multiple times over the past few weeks, but they continue to ignore my messages. I also tried to reach out to FedEx, but they haven't responded either.
This experience has been incredibly disappointing. I paid for a product that never arrived and I’m being ignored by both the retailer and the courier. I do not recommend ordering from Farfetch — there seems to be no accountability when something goes wrong.
