I bought a Givenchy bag in April 2024, it developed a mark and I contacted customer service on March 19 2025.
I followed up
X 4 times with no adequate response , then in May 2025 I got a response that it was over the 1 year warranty and they will not deal with my query.
I went to the Givenchy shop and because it was bought with Farfetch they can’t help.
So 6000 SAR later, I learned a hard lesson and I would advise anyone NOT to buy on this site. Go to the retail shop and but, even if it’s a small bit more expensive; it’s worth it when something goes wrong.
