⭐ 1 Star Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I had an extremely frustrating experience with FARFETCH. My package was marked as delivered by FedEx with a signature from their own employee—not me—and it was never delivered to my home. I provided FARFETCH with updated and verified proof from FedEx multiple times, starting on April 24, clearly showing the package was not delivered to my address. Despite this, their customer service continued to rely on false proof of delivery from April 18 and ignored all the updated documentation I submitted—including an official FedEx email confirming non-delivery. Even after promising a “thorough investigation,” they repeatedly failed to act. They even submitted that same false information to Klarna in mid-May, weeks after being told it was incorrect. I was disconnected on calls, repeatedly told the issue was under investigation when it clearly wasn’t, and even told on May 1 that I was still responsible for the package—despite all the evidence I provided. It took weeks of pushing on my part just to get a fair resolution. No one should have to work this hard just to be treated honestly. The investigation process was a joke, and FARFETCH showed zero accountability. Avoid this company at all costs.
