My return was lost and a claim was issued by the courier, but Farfetch gave me a suspiciously contradicting statement saying that i never returned the item even though i did. The tracking reflects the progress of the return and a claim was issued by the courier due to the missing package; however, despite all this, they told me that i never returned it. I will be filing a chargeback and will never buy from here ever again. What an experience, you heard it from me first.

I have put my order in 4 times it was cancelled the first 3 times right away. The 4th time the order was in the process stage it was cancelled because your company couldn’t verify my credit card or my id. The credit card that was used came from my bank and the id was my drivers license. I don’t understand what happened and why it wasn’t able to be verified. This is ridiculous. This is 4 times it’s been cancelled I’m going to another company your company is a joke and overpriced.

I was a loyal Farfetch customer but not anymore. Just one transaction destroyed my trust on them. I ordered a Moreau Tomme tote bag worth £665. They delivered a wrong item. I ordered again to correct the 1st order. My second order came, it’s still a wrong item. Both orders they delivered Saint Tropez tote bag! I returned the second order the following day as I need to use a tote bag for my holiday. 10 days after they received my return, I still did not receive any confirmation for my refund. I contacted the Customer service via email and we exchanged emails for a week and nothing happened! On my 8th message, I rant at them. After my email, I received that refund has been processed. They waited for the customer’s rage before they will give your refund! They don’t even offer any compensation for the inconvenience! My email message below: Hi, This is now getting ridiculous! What makes it so complicated to refund me when I returned the item untouched? Here is the timeline of my 2 orders to make your “concerned department” understand it easier: 01 March- Ordered Order # VHN5G2 Tomm tote bag £665 image0.jpeg 06 March- Order # VHN5G2 arrived but wrong item received (Saint Tropez tote bag) image1.jpeg - Ordered same item to correct the first order Order # XT9Z9C Tomm tote bag £654 09 March- Order # XT9Z9C arrived but still wrong item received (Saint Tropez tote bag) image2.jpeg - Packed the second order for return (I chose to return the cheaper price although the item received is the same for goodwill!) image3.png 10 March- Order # XT9Z9C picked up by DHL 15 March - Order # XT9Z9C received by the shop I have a picture of the first order but not the second order which has been returned to you to prove that you’ve sent the wrong items twice! If your concern department is logical, it is easy for them to understand this. I’ve returned the item in perfect condition, hence you have to give my money back! You cannot have both! That is called STEALING FROM CUSTOMER! THIS CASE NEEDS TO BE ESCALATED AS THIS IS NOW SO FRUSTRATING AND UPSETTING. I lost all my trust in Farfetch!

I ordered a pair of shoes from Farfetch. The sizes were womens and the product was not labeled as such. Accordingly, I received a 10.5 when I wanted a mens size 12. I have messaged them twice without so much as a peep or reply. Not a bugger off or a we can help you...absolutely nothing. It boggles my mind how this happens when there are so many options for shopping that a company would be radio silent on a customer request. I should also note that the item was fulfilled by Stadium Goods and there was no billing invoice or order information inside the package - another FAIL. I reached out to Stadium Goods and at least they replied very promptly but were unable to assist. Another FAIL for Farfetch. As Southwest Airlines says, we know you have many options to fly. I will be taking my options to shop elsewhere.

what a scam. i ve bought a pair of shoes fratelli rossetti 274£, they sent from Naples(????) a pair of faulty shoes, with the left bigger than the right, sent them back in less than 12 hours , They refuse the return, stating that the sole has been scratched, while the shoes were in those conditions when arrived .Finally they ve found a stupid for a faulty pair of shoes. Big mistake trust farftech

Absolutely SCAM company. Bought a dress, returned it within days following every step. I am super petite and once I opened the package saw how huge this dress was. NEVER EVEN TRIED IT ON, did not remove it from the hanger or plastic bag it came cover on and after several calls and insisting over email what was the status of my refund they are saying that it arrived damaged. A complete lie!!!! The dress is almost $5000. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card provider but AVOID yourself problems with this company. As they made something up to not issue my refund. This item I bought it was actually sold out, I received an email one day saying it was back in stock so most likely someone bought it before and returned it and now they want to blame me for something that DID NOT HAPPEN. Worst company to shop from. Do not buy from them!!!!!

Customer care is indeed far-fetched!!! I have bought a lot of expensive items via Farfetch and always had good experience. That was only until they had to take responsibility though. In short I bought several identical t-shirts in different colors only a few months ago and one of them has an obvious manufacturing flaw which got a lot worse the first time I used and washed it. After a lot of (stupid and unnescessary) questions which I answered the initial response was I could get 10% off a new shirt. What a joke!!! Afterwards they closed the case due to them deciding it was wear and tear = no refund or new shirt. So yes! The customer service and taking responsibility when not making money is indeed VERY FAR FETCHED! Shame on you. My best advice is to do your shopping else where!

I read these reviews too late. I purchased a Balmain gents t-shirt.It arrived in a jiffy bag.Not what you expect when paying £200. I returned the item as I felt it looked fake. Filled in all the appropriate returns details. A month later the package was " returned to sender" it had been refused at customs . Cheated Never Shop with Farfetch Frauds.

Beware. A good deal turned out to be a scam!! I thought I was getting a discount on a pair of designer socks but working with this company is a nightmare when things go wrong. I foolishly trusted FARFETCH with ordering a $200+ dollar pair of socks as a Christmas present. I got a call a few days after reporting that the package was not delivered offering to send a replacement. When I followed up they had “no idea” what the voicemail was about and said needed more time to research. Then After “carefully researching” with the shipper for over a month they stole my money and never delivered the package. I’m not sure if my problem was ever even touched by a real person as it seems they were just churning out autogenerated emails with no real response to date.

Ordered a pair of shoes that supposedly were coming from Italy. The ordered never arrived supposedly cause it got damaged and two months later, I’m still trying to get a refund. Tried to dispute the charge through my bank and they lied to the bank saying that they had delivered the ordered when they even sent me emails that the order was NOT going to get delivered. Anyways, frustrating, still waiting for the refund and I do NOT recommend ordering anything from them.

I don't understand the numerous negative reviews. I ordered from Far Farfetch twice already and they were shipped to Philippines in less than 2 weeks through DHL. Both items (Off-white bags) are absolutely authentic and no damages. //KT

I CALLED IN TODAY, IM PRIVATE CLIENT - MARIA WHO ANSWER THE PHONE - DID NOT TRY TO HELP ME SENDING MESSAGE TO FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT - I SIMPLY ASKED HER TO EMAIL THEM IN MY BEHALF ABOUT RETURN AND REFUND - SHE SAID SE WILL NOT DO IT - AND SHE SAID "IM HANGING UP " AND SHE HANG UP. SOOO UNPROFESSIONAL! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

Very horrible and awful experience and I would say NEVER buy from Farfetch!!! I previously purchased something from Farfetch in Germany and unfortunately the size of the clothes did not fit. I applied for a return from Farfetch and requested for a pickup, as this was an option on their website. On the day of the pickup came the delivery man who picked up the parcel for return. Until this moment, everything went smoothly, however, 2 weeks later, I found out that Farfetch has never received the retoure product. We tried to ask them to check their received packages or check with DHL. They came back saying that they simply don't have the package and neither does DHL. In the end, they did not willing to offer any help and only blame for DHL not providing any details. Of course the reimbursement of €450 of my return is never happened. I have contacted their customer centre (mail & call) at least 5 times but ALL ending up with the same result, and they just copy-past to reply me. Now I am still trying to get more information from DHL by myself, but it's very difficult. I can't believe how IRRESPONSIBLE Farfetch is regarding the fact that they were the one who sent the delivery man for pickup and now the package is gone after the handover, they don't want to have anything to do with it. Farfetch sent the DHL and even DHL lost the package or didn't want to take responsibility, shouldn't the seller/retailer Farfetch own up to their customers? How ridiculous Farfetch claims itself as a luxurious website, but their customer service is definitely worse than cheesy market. If you still do buy from Farfetch, do wish for a smooth delivery without the need of retoure.

DONNOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FARFETCH! They will short you on reimbursements, they will cancel your order without informing you or offering a suitable solution. They will not update you on delivery unless you chase them! They have stolen 200€ (Ordered on 2 different accounts) from me! NEVER AGAIN.

My boyfriend bought me a Fendi ring from Farfetch, this ring has gone all brassy and turns my finger green!! We have enailed Farfetch and tried to get the issue resolved but they do not like to respond to issues clearly!! Do not buy from this company, feel totally ripped off!!

Preordered yeezy gap in March, order cancelled in august and still waiting for a refund for an order they couldn’t even fulfil. Will never purchase again from Farfetch. Still no refund or item after 2 months of following up.

I feel completely ROBBED by Farfetch. I ordered two bracelets, one got lost in transit and I was refunded. The second arrived a week after purchase and when I opened up the parcel, the Jil Sander box was empty. Obviously astonished, I rang Farfetch customer service immediately and was told to send photos of the parcel for an investigation. Three weeks later and after several emails and calls, I was told sorry we can’t refund you, the boutique store insist they packed the bracelet. The investigation concluded that the parcel weighed the same on leaving the boutique as it did when it arrived with me. It’s not rocket science to work out that an empty parcel is going to weight same at it’s departure point as it is at its arrival point. But Farfetch didn’t investigate enough and didn’t care when I protested. My word was pitted against that of the boutique partner Eraldo, a position I never asked to be in but was put in through their own inefficacy. My case is now closed as far as they are concerned and I am out of pocket by a considerable amount and have no bracelet. Unacceptable. Will never be purchasing from them again and would not trust them to sort out any major issue. What incensed me even more was despite my obvious massive loss of both money, time and item, they kept saying have a wonderful day 😡.
