I ordered trainers end of august, my daugher didn’t like them so arranged return via DHL as per their returns protocol. Arranged for 2/9, collected by DHL. No refund Issues, Ive been told they never received, investigated and now case closed. It’s crazy. They are so unhelpful, take days to reply, I’ve sent proof off collection, but they not interested.
