I have been a longtime customer of Farfetch. I have spent significant money on the site that I have been designated a private client. That said, Farfetch is good only if the transaction works out seamlessly; BUT if there is an issue, such in my case where a $125 item was not delivered by FedEx after over a week, all bets are off. Their customer service representatives are pleasant, but essentially useless. When I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge, Farfetch froze my ability to place any orders.
