i ve bought a pair of shoes fratelli rossetti 274£, they sent from Naples(????) a pair of faulty shoes, with the left bigger than the right, sent them back in less than 12 hours , They refuse the return, stating that the sole has been scratched, while the shoes were in those conditions when arrived .Finally they ve found a stupid for a faulty pair of shoes.
