Extremely disappointing experience with Farfetch – poor handling and no customer support
I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience shopping with Farfetch. I placed an order for a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes on 15 February 2025, but when the package arrived, it contained only one shoe.
Despite promptly reporting the issue and following all requested steps, it has now been over one month and I still have not received the missing shoe.
Farfetch attempted to ship the missing item three separate times — and each time, the package was returned to sender due to missing documentation (no commercial invoice included). This shows a complete breakdown of their logistics and quality control.
Throughout this process, I had to send multiple emails to their customer service team. After their latest shipping failure, I sent two follow-up emails over two weeks, asking for a solution — and received no response whatsoever.
For a company that sells luxury goods, this level of service is completely unacceptable.
- No proper case ownership
- Repeated logistical mistakes
- Zero communication or follow-up after multiple complaints
I expected much better from a brand like Farfetch. At this point, I have no resolution, no product, and no assistance.
I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before ordering from Farfetch if you expect reliability, proper customer support, or timely delivery.
