I was a Farfetch customer for years and there was no issue unless you try to return something.
I have received the item, checked the package and colour wasn’t what I expected so I haven’t even tried on, kept in original packaging and returned back straight away the next day.
There is no update on the return status for 11 days already and Farfetch customer services doesn’t even respond my emails.
So buy something from Farfetch if you %100 sure you will not return it. Otherwise don’t buy!
