Farfetch refuses a refund and will not reveal how they checked whether the boutique actually send an empty box. DHL from their side tells that the package weight is below 0.5 kg and they cannot track whether the sender send the package empty.
This whole policy of leaving numerous boutiques on their own to send the goods leaves so much space for errors and disappointed customers. However, Farfetch will never bear any financial consequences.
