Ordered, paid, wait for days! Because every time I entered in contact they told me to wait a bit more. I entered in contact multiple times until they inform me that DHL had lost my pack, then contacted DHL and they told me that they could not use the code fashion nova had gave to me to track my pack. And because they had told me to wait was even "too late" to ask for refund according to them.
So problems with: Delivery, refund, trust and service.
