Clothes fit oddly, somehow tight on bust but not the top of the dress where my clavicular bones show its somehow too loose but too tight on my bust causing ugly spillage on the sides, if you are busty with a small waist, these clothes are NOT for you.

TERRIBLE. They couldn’t find my address so my order was “returned to sender” THREE MONTHS LATER no refund but store credit. Obviously made a new order and here I am one month later still wondering where TF my order is. So 4 months all together and still no clothes. NEVER EVER ordering again. They also use DHL who then uses Tforce who is just awful.

Scam customers service, no refund even if they shipped you a defective item. all clothes pictures are modified using AI to make them look good, but reality they are cheap looking clothes . Don't but from them, save your money

You say to pay for fast shipping to receive items within a few days and yet when I pay for fast shipping you still make me wait for 7 to ten days. Fashion nova needs to keep their words because people are trusting on receiving their items on time specially if we are paying extra to receive it faster

I am very disappointed with Fashion Nova. I purchased items earlier today, which said I could get a next day shipping and I still have time to do this next day shipping in two hours and some change. I finally put my order in once I got my order in it said something about shipping I put in for one day shipping because I didn’t know. I thought that’s what I was supposed to do to get this stuff. You know the one day shipping understood that I paid 2599 for the shipping and I’m still not getting my items they still telling me. I’m not receiving myself until the 21st I’m not able to talk to anyone. I keep emailing them. They not responding to me in a way that I need to be able to say I need to speak to a human being whatever happened to people speaking to someone it’s gotta be able to have to be able to speak to someone Fashion Nova their clothes they OK but I really just don’t like shopping with them. I don’t like the quality of how to treat customers. And I want my clothes. I just paid $100 for this stuff to make sure I can get it. You know in one day and I still haven’t received my stuff. I’m still not getting my stuff until the 21st. I just don’t appreciate it. I need a live person

I had a return, they gave me an store credit in a gift card, I never received the code, the account is showing the credit but I can't use it because I tried so many times to get the code and still son't get it. They don't have any way to contact them, I tried through IG and they didn't reply

The quality is trash and they refuse to accept return returns on items that per their own policy clearly qualify for a return. They then refused to provide an explanation, specific to an item as to why it cannot be returned, despite their policy, indicating that it can. I I’ve never felt that I’ve wasted money more than shopping with this brand and never will I ever do it again. I’m even more upset that I didn’t stop to do the research on this brand before purchasing, if I had, I would have seen that they’re known for faking their reviews and for scamming customers in this way. I was ignorant and thinking because the reviews on their website were great that that meant anything at all. It’s absolutely disgusting in today’s economy to take advantage of customers in this way.

They went above and beyond my expectations. After dealing with several disappointing support teams, they were the first to genuinely understand my case. Their consistent communication and effective results made all the +1--- (706) --25--1--08--54 difference.

Don’t purchase anything from this company, my daughter bought 2 dresses for a charity event costing £180, far to small but she’s only a size 12/1, they expect her to pay £60 to return them and no money back just a gift card. Disgusting and awful customer service

Very disappointment with your refund policy and my recent return experience. This was my first time ordering from Fashion Nova, and unfortunately, it has not been a positive one. I was unaware that refunds are not issued back to the original form of payment and that customers are instead limited to receiving store credit. Had this been clearly communicated prior to purchase, I would have reconsidered placing my order. It is extremely frustrating to be stuck with merchandise that does not fit and a gift card for items I am now hesitant to purchase. A more transparent and customer-friendly refund process would make a significant difference, especially for first-time buyers. I hope you will consider reviewing how your return policy is presented and possibly re-evaluating the policy itself. Clear communication upfront helps build trust with customers. Sincerely,

The quality isn’t there for the following: clothes, the customer service and the delivery time that’s never on time. The outfits that are on the model aren’t the same when it arrives to your doorstep. If I could give zero stars, I would.

This company is a scam. I purchased a number of items and they only half sent half of them. I reported items were missing and they refuse to resolve the issue. So I am now out of pocket by $100. I tried to escalate it and now they aren’t even replying. The other items that I did get were terrible quality and the seams were falling apart.

Terrible customer service, you have no way to get help and only receive store credit and you have to pay for your own shipping lable to return item and some of their clothes are poor quality. I hate them for that.

They are a scam. They keep your money and give you E-gift cards on returns to their terrible fitting and horrible fabric products. Especially coming from Canada just to return the product cost me 48.00 cdn. Not worth the money or hassle. save yourself from buying from this site.

Avoid Fashion Nova at all costs. I was sent pants that were clearly worn and already washed, yet sold as new. That alone is unacceptable. What makes this worse is that I have been trying to resolve this for over a month with absolutely no success. Fashion Nova hides behind an AI-only customer service system that is completely useless. It repeatedly asks for the same information and photos I have already provided multiple times, and there is no phone number or way to speak to a real human being. This company makes it nearly impossible to resolve legitimate issues, leaving customers stuck with defective or used items. I still have no resolution. Save yourself the frustration and do not buy from Fashion Nova.

Do not choose the one day delivery. I had an event to go to and chose the one day delivery giving myself at lease 2 days to arrive. Now it looks like I won’t receive the dress till 3 days later completely missing my event. I intend to return the dress to get back my money. 1day shipping sound not turn to ground shipping after paying extra for the service. Please go elsewhere if you are on a time crunch.
