Australia buyers beware - due to tariffs returning a dress will cost over $100 to return for just a credit

If you live in Australia and buy from this place it’ll cost you minimum $40 to return a $20 dress. Buying dresses online is risky and sure enough the dress looks like a garbage bag on me. I went to return it (happy to do so for a credit and get something else instead) only to find I have to pay for shipping to the US from Australia which is quite pricey, more expensive than the dress itself. NEVER AGAIN! Thanks for reminding me why I never buy dresses online.

high costs if you return items!!!! if you order to UK forget about free returns. I have been asked to pay for 3 dresses I have ordered extra and pay nearly £30 for a return to them... how disappointing that they don't inform before purchasing that you will need to cover the costs of the shipping to them! I will bever order again! DIDDAPOINTING!

I had an issue with my order and initially reached out to the team, where I was told the matter would be escalated and I’d receive a response as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I never heard back—despite multiple follow-up attempts on my part. Eventually, I returned to the website and submitted a new request, expressing my disappointment with the complete lack of communication and making it clear that, at that point, I wasn’t even expecting a response. Only then did I receive a reply—stating that because I mentioned not expecting a response, my ticket was closed. This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I reached out more than once and was ignored until you decided to close the matter without resolution. In the end, I lost both my money and the product I ordered. Based on this experience, I would not recommend shopping with your company. The way this was handled reflects a serious lack of accountability and customer care. The products can be great but If you run into any issue with your order, don’t expect them to care.

My experience with ordering from the company is a hit or miss so far I have had more misses i am disappointed with my last order the Alyssa teeshirts the advertisement do not day crop top the shirts are short I have been dis appointed more than once with a order this company does not have easy returns you can not call its difficult to contact or get a refund it is too many negatives I normally do say anything but this time I have had it I am spending money on items I dont want or like I give not ordering again I am going to block my email

I placed an order and never received it due to negligence of UPS leaving my package outside in a common area in the rain. My package was stolen Fashion Nova is refusing to issue a refund talking about UPS sent a picture that the package was delivered which happens to be the same picture I sent of the package outside on the steps in Brownsville Brooklyn. I have been purchasing things from you for a while. But for yal to treat me this way is horrible. My 2 daughters could not dress the way the wanted for their graduation. As a single mom trying to give my kids rewards for their accolades this really hurt!

I never known about fashion nova my son suggest that I try this site out. I was looking for a formal dress long story short I ordered two dresses the first dress I tried on and I didn’t like it. I sent it back. The other one I had to keep so I was waiting on my refund. They told me I can’t have a refund I received a gift card so I use the gift card to order some items which came up to $69 and some change I’m still waiting on those item to come. I cannot contact no one from fashion nova. It is ridiculous that you cannot contact this company when there is an issue that needs to be handled by a live person. First time shopping will not be us a Customer again. time shopping on this site once I get my stuff. Poor customer service.

I’m extremely disappointed with Fashion Nova’s refund policy. It’s completely unfair and honestly puts people off ordering from them. I placed an order and ended up needing to return some items — not only did I have to pay for the return out of my own pocket, but the shipping address they gave me turned out to be invalid. Now I’m stuck with items I don’t want, out of pocket for return shipping, and left with no real solution. It’s frustrating and feels like a complete scam. Most companies these days offer free or easy returns, but Fashion Nova makes it as difficult as possible. Definitely not ordering again — not worth the hassle or the risk.

I bought a black and white jumpsuit on sale. When I received it, it was dirty. It has make up on ,the shoulders were dirty all around it even on the legs. It shows that somebody was wearing it.

I ordered items from them on 11/30/24 my items was suppose to be shipped and delivered 12/19. on 12/16 I reached out to FN asking where my package is because it had yet to be shipped they claimed it was lost. I contact UPS and filed a claim. Days went by, items still not shipped and I kept contacting FN and then they admitted they hadn't shipped the items yet. I was requested a refund several times and they will lie saying my items are set to delivered on 12/19 and that since I have UPS open claim there's nothing they can do till UPS resolves the claim. When I went on twitter, I seen someone was in the same boat and they also opened a UPS claim and fn provided them with a refund. I screenshot the persons post and then FN reported my items will be delivered tomorrow and if I don't get it then they will refund me.

I placed an order on 11/29/24 for my niece birthday and it's now 12/18/24 and I still haven't received the order. I've sent them 3 emails with the same response go to the help center. The help sent just says it was shipped but the package hasn't moved since 12/12/24. This is horrible customer service there no phone number to call and the email customer services always direct you the the help center online.

Products were never received. Fashion Nova has no contact information anywhere to inquiry about your order other than their order page which never changes and always states order is being processed and hasn't been received by UPS. Their website is cleverly setup so it makes you think they have all this customer support but when you begin to click through it you never get anywhere. The site is a SCAM.

I noticed i ordered the wrong size tried canceling the order atleast 5mins after placing the order was denied saying my order was being packaged.... I even tried getting correct size instead of canceling, they refused saying my order is already being packaged... telling me to do a return when the package arrives which I'll have to pay for a return label... Fashion nova is a rip off consumer!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Will not cancel order even though it has not been packed nor will they change the shipping status when their system glitched and removed one day shipping and replaced it with 3 to 7 day shipping. You would think it the packaged hasn't been packed it could be cancelled ( so I could REORDER and ultimately spend MORE money since the sale ended just to receive the items needed on time). None of these are options and now I'll have to wait for it to be shift and pay to reship everything because they simply will not accommodate an updated shipping time frame. The one day shipping was FREE so why would I select the 3 to 7 day option? Their unwillingness to help with their system glitched is disappointing. Especially if I'm willing to pay just to have them arrive faster. Terrible customer service practices.
