Terrible customer service, you have no way to get help and only receive store credit and you have to pay for your own shipping lable to return item and some of their clothes are poor quality. I hate them for that.

They are a scam. They keep your money and give you E-gift cards on returns to their terrible fitting and horrible fabric products. Especially coming from Canada just to return the product cost me 48.00 cdn. Not worth the money or hassle. save yourself from buying from this site.

Avoid Fashion Nova at all costs. I was sent pants that were clearly worn and already washed, yet sold as new. That alone is unacceptable. What makes this worse is that I have been trying to resolve this for over a month with absolutely no success. Fashion Nova hides behind an AI-only customer service system that is completely useless. It repeatedly asks for the same information and photos I have already provided multiple times, and there is no phone number or way to speak to a real human being. This company makes it nearly impossible to resolve legitimate issues, leaving customers stuck with defective or used items. I still have no resolution. Save yourself the frustration and do not buy from Fashion Nova.

Do not choose the one day delivery. I had an event to go to and chose the one day delivery giving myself at lease 2 days to arrive. Now it looks like I won’t receive the dress till 3 days later completely missing my event. I intend to return the dress to get back my money. 1day shipping sound not turn to ground shipping after paying extra for the service. Please go elsewhere if you are on a time crunch.

I placed my order and 10 minutes later sent a email to have it cancelled since I no longer needed the order. I was told in order to receive a refund I had to receive the package. I asked them why I would like for it to be cancelled, they replied back the next day saying the order has been processed and is now being shipped. Now they are not issuing me a full refund at all actually and is trying to only process it by gift card saying it’s due to the order being processed but they are the ones who forced the delivery. The customer service sends auto reply and does not address each concern directly even after asking for it to be escalated.

I had never from fashion nova and i will NEVER order again. The clothing I ordered is he poorest quality of clothing I have ever seen. I can only return one jacket in which I did not know i would not be able to return them if I was not satisfied. I just wasted 87.00 that will be putting in the give away bag.

Their scrubs are small if your size is M order L. For their returns you have to pay shipping fee.

Horrible! Never again! I bought a coat and waited wayyyy to long to receive it and the tracking said it was here and it wasn't for weeks! There is NO contact phone number its constant back and fourth emails that take forever as well. Then I finally get it and realize its cheaper now and they would not credit me for the amount as I paid more than it is selling for now. So I decide to send it back and it costs more than the coat to send it back! THEY DO NOT PAY TO SEND BACK! And now if I do send it back I will only get it refunded at what its selling for now NOT (SALE) what I paid for it originally! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Fashion Nova is the most unreliable company I’ve ever ordered from. They constantly push these huge promotions to lure people in, but the moment you place an order, they can’t keep up with the supply and demand they created themselves. On top of that, they false advertise “One Day Shipping” just to get you to check out faster—but it NEVER arrives in one day. I’ve paid for One Day Shipping multiple times and not once has it shown up on time. Instead, every order has an “exception,” which basically means they took my money and didn’t deliver what they promised. This isn’t a one-time mistake; this has happened 4-5 different times, which proves they know exactly what they’re doing and just don’t care. They refuse to refund shipping properly and try to push store credit like that fixes anything. Their customer service is useless, their logistics are a mess, and the company is misleading customers on purpose. I’m done ordering from this scam of a brand.

I just placed as an order with Fashion Nova and after checking out I noticed that the address defaulted to my old Address even though I entered my new address. I have tried to contact fashion nova with no look and when I check to see if I can change it online it says no. Most companies have an option to change your shipping address or cancel an order if the order has not shipped. This is very inconvenient to the customer and needs to be changed. I really need my item for Halloween.

I’ll start by saying that I’ve made more than 75 purchases from Fashion Nova since 2018, and I have proof to back that up. Recently, I placed an order worth $440, which I never received. I contacted their customer service, and Fashion Nova told me that it wasn’t their problem and that they aren’t responsible for a missing package. However, in reality, the merchant is responsible for the order until it is received by the customer. If the package is not received, the merchant must refund the customer. Since they made no attempt to help me, I contacted the Consumer Protection Office in my country (Canada). They advised me to contact my bank and file a chargeback request, which I did. After that, Fashion Nova reached out to me, suddenly claiming they wanted to help, but since there was already an active chargeback request, they said there was nothing they could do. Now, I placed another order afterward, and I received it yesterday. My order was missing one of the sets I purchased and instead included a pair of boots — which I never ordered at all! I contacted customer service again, and so far, I still haven’t received any response from them. I’ll probably have to contact my bank again to dispute the missing item. This is theft, Fashion Nova! See the photos below. The item I originally ordered was a pants and top set, but instead, I received a pair of boots!!!

I ordered a someone to you, bandage jumpsuit hunter color so when I receive the package, I could smell the perfume coming from the package and I opened it up. The jumpsuit has been worn it had under arm stains. The zipper was damaged. It had a small hole in the back.Snags and loose threading everywhere. I started my return on it. I took the pictures and uploaded them. The pictures are not good enough so they told me to send more pictures with the order number and the and the label and the tag so I try to do that low and behold, it won’t let me get past the beginning of the return page, I tried at least 30 times to upload pictures. I couldn’t get past a certain page. It wouldn’t let me so I went back and changed the whole reason why I’m returning it, but I put in the comments what was wrong with it so then let me go through and it’s crazy. Why would I have to pay 499 to return something that someone else had worn. I probably won’t get a refund or credit for it. Fashion nova can stick that jumpsuit where the sun don’t shine….

I am a frequent shopper on this website. Recently, I purchased 3 dresses. When I received the package, 2 of the dresses were missing from the order. I contacted customer service, and they took a while before they replied. They stated that they shipped my items and it's their right to deny a refund or replacement, stating that an irregular or excessive history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items. where is the record of this? there was only one other similar incident a couple of years ago, where I also did not receive an item. They suck! They make no accommodations for customers responsible for keeping them in business. I wish I could give zero stars!!

Received an item with yellowing fabric. Fabric is supposed to be off white and black. The fabric is yellowed and very noticeable I might add. Very disappointed in this. The second dress seems defected in the upper arms as if the measurement is off when putting it together. I'm unable to wear any of them and I feel totally robbed. I even ordered a few sizes up so that I wouldn't have the issue of it not fitting. Very disturbing. Why would they send me old damaged a d defected items and of course you have to pay more money to return items and they will only give you a credit. Why would I take another chance on this kind of shabby business practices? I think not!
