“HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY, I am addicted to fashion nova. PLEASE READ the reviews on items. I usually wear between a L or XL, so if you read the review and it says size up or down I do. Yes I have sent items back but I get a credit within 4 to 5 days and I order again. If the order is pass the time if you expedite it Fashion Nova has given me a gift card for credit. NOT DISAPPOINTED at all but you have to read reviews. I ALWAYS GET COMPLIMENTS ON EVERYTHING I BUY FROM Fashion Nova.”

“I love this company. I never have any issues. I like that if I need a different size, I can just send back my items. Note to all please have usps scan and out a label on. The return gets there faster. Again I love the jumpsuits and rompers. Cannot find these things anywhere else.”

“I have never had a problem with this company. There are a lot of negative reviews but I only have positive things to say about Fashion Nova. I made an order Friday night and I got it the following Tuesday (with regular shipping.) They are my go to when ever I want an outfit that can stand out. I live in Southern California and their shipping it’s great here ☺️”

“I don't know which Fashion Nova you all have been ordering from but my experiences (yes that is plural because I have ordered about 10 times over the past 3 years and my orders are always in larger quantities. I get all my family gifts for my XXL son and his 28 year old partner, as well as some things even for the Mama herself. I get more compliments from my cardigans and faux fur jackets whenever I go out that I ordered when they have a 40% off sale. I ordered 4 pair of shoes which turned out to be too hard for me to walk in and was worried about the cost to return all the 4 pair of shoe boxes but with their prepaid label and return authorization code it was only $10! Now that was a great deal and it made ordering from Fashion Nova my number 1 Favorite site ever since! I honestly am shocked at all these low ratings because it is now my number one place to shop whenever I just want to get something fun to wear at a great deal and I especially order when they send me 40% or 50% discount codes!”

“Yesterday was my first time ordering from this company and I must say I am very pleased with the service that I received. I did a rush delivery which cost me an extra $9.99 and my order was delivered today; March 16th 2021. I received tracking for my order immediately after I ordered and was able to track my package. I received my package and everything was intact and everything looked the same as if it looked on the site. I am a stigler for bad customer service but this company has exceeded my expectations. I will be shopping here again. Thanks Fashion Nova”

“Fashion Nova started the process of sending my package in just 3 days they are time efficient, have amazing items and sales with top class employees. I would like to concentrate on the customer service I received. I contacted Fashion Nova Help on Twitter and received excellent assistance from Crystal. She’s a real gem I’ve never experienced anyone being this helpful, kind and patient. It was my first time ordering and she explained everything and assisted me right through. I have been waiting for a few months for my parcel but only because I am from South Africa, I realised very soon that the issue and delay are because of the customs in my country and not Fashion Nova’s fault. Crystal has been incredibly helpful Fashion Nova truly have hired the best and I hope that her superior’s realise what an absolute gem she is this is what excellent customer service is like and by far the best experience in that regard. I will purchase from Fashion Nova again and refer others to purchase here anytime especially because of the excellent custom service. And to anyone reading this review know that it is worth it to purchase from them and they will help you find a resolution to your problem even if the fault is not on their end. Thank You so much for the amazing experience and service.”

“I also just bought three weeks ago from fashion nova since I also live outside USA I paid for the shipping and custom tax but I’m being ask to pay the custom tax again This is theft!!! Fashion nova if you’re having problems please resolve it and stop stealing from your customers I can’t even cancel an order and ask for a refund peacefully This is really disappointing”

“I don’t know why there is so many horrible reviews but I’m from the USA in newyork and I have to say fashion nova is my go to online store. I ordered 700$ worth of jeans and tops and masks from them and they all were amazing material and quality. The only thing I didn’t like was some of the masks were wayyyyy too big for anyone to wear. If you live in the US then I highly recvomend them. Their jeggings are especially wonderful and comfy and probably the best material I’ve ever had with jeggings and the jeans too. Oh forgot to mention everything came in two weeks.”

“I have been a loyal Customer to fashion Nova for almost 4 years now. Its a little sucky to see all the negative reviews, because I have only had 2 minor issues with Fashion Nova in the last few years. Just a heads up for anyone wondering; When you order during a black friday or Cyber monday deal it always takes forever to get your packages because of the large amount of orders that are placed. Unfortunately sometimes the items go out of stock before the company has a chance to change the status of certain items to out of stock on the web. My issues were typically during Cyber Monday or black Friday deals, as I had to wait a couple times or reach out to cancel my orders. Since then I always place my orders through pay pal incase a need a quick refund. The company is legit and the clothing really is good, so if you just don't have patience I wouldn't recommend ordering during the sales events. After 2 weeks if you still dont have a tracking number or a status update I would call and cancel the order. At that point the chances of your items being out of stock are pretty high, and you will literally have to wait until the warehouse gets another shipment in.”

“Clothes are as described, and sizing is great. Materials are similar to any other fast fashion stores like F21. Items arrived later than expected but it's corona time so that's understandable but their communication about it could be better. Tracking said it had arrived 2 days ago, i was worried so i cobtacted them - no answer- but it showed up today so that's good. Glad they delivered. All good!”

“I’ve ordered from fashionnova 3 times now. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this company. I know my sizes now and only had to make one return. The quality of the jeans and jean shorts that I ordered are excellent. I absolutely love this company and will be a regular customer. Especially through this pandemic it’s hard to find good quality clothes. Thank you fashionnova!”
