“I like Fashion Nova. Just with any online purchase you never know. I see some of these reviews and you know when you first order from a new place especially online it is good to only order a couple of items. I had ordered a few things in medium because that's what I normally wear and even though they fit me they were snug but good. I will just order large next time. And I love their pants, they are so comfortable. I am very picky about Jean's but will be ordering mine from here from now on. I am torn on whether or not to go off of reviews of a product because I have noticed that when I first ordered pants from them I noticed a lot of them had reviews from women who were the same height and about the same weight as me...I am 5'6 and about 145lbs...there were a couple girls that were about the exact same as me who said they ordered size 13 and they fit good for them. Luckily I finally went with a size 9 and they fit perfect (and yes I have a big butt) so I was glad I went with my gut. But there have been a few items that I did go by reviews (not jeans) and they fit perfect. I believe it has to do with your body shape too. I would recommend them.”

“I had my order returned and I was given a e-gift card as credit. I called the customer service number and explained my issue. There was no explanation to why my order was cancelled but I've been told that it might've been in the shipping carrier's process. The lady quickly corrected my order and less than 6 hours later I have already received good updates from FN, my order is on the way. Their customer service line isn't as bad as many people claim to experience on online reviews. Just make sure you review your orders properly before blaming FN on having terrible service.”

“I just ordered from fashion nova the other day. My friends have bought from there with no issue at all without any trouble so I'm hoping it works out well for me. Reading these reviews makes me nervous, and I hope I didn't waste 139$ on here. I'm a senior in highschool and my prom was delayed so I bought a cheap dress and a pair of shoes on here and I'm hoping they come as shown.. I'll pray on it though!”

“Honestly don't understand these bad reviews must just be a bunch of entitled Karens, yes the quality won't be as good because you pay less for it than more expensive stores but the clothes are still awesome and really good quality for what you pay. Bought two pairs of jeans which are super comfy and fit really well, and some tops which all look really good! We are living during a pandemic so obviously delivery is going to take a little longer so just be patient, there is nothing that anyone can do about that.”

“Ordered from the UK, shipping was unexpectedly fast with tracking every step of the way. Really good value as well, I have no complaints. Can't say anything on the customer service, returns or refunds as I loved my jeans.”

“I have been a fashion nova customer since 2016 and I’ve never had a issue. My orders always come within a week. There was one time in 2018 where it was over a month but I just asked for a refund and they gave me the refund for the whole amount.”

“I love fashion nova! Their clothes fit great on me, & I never have a problem with shipping. Of course it’s taking a little longer than usual due to the COVID-19 but, I promise it’s worth the wait. Half of my wardrobe came from fashion nova lol!”

“I ordered from Fashion Nova for the first time last week. I am so amazed at the quality and fit of everything I ordered. Also, you can’t beat the price! Delivery was on time and I received it very quickly. I highly recommend Fashion Nova to everyone! “Shipping is fast, I get my items by the fourth day. I am a loyal customer, I order often. Their pants fits me like a glove😉 I get pants with at lease 2% spandex so I know it has enough stretch to be comfortable. The price is very reasonable, and great quality.”
