“I buy a lot of stuff from Fashion Nova the last piece I bought is not true the size I put it on yesterday to wear it for a party and the crotch hung and it's so stretchy and so thin that I should have gotten a small”

“While some Fashion Nova designs are very good, their sizing and quality are impossible to predict. Some items are well made, especially their denim. But other items arrive with puckers sewn into the seams, broken zippers, and permanently impressed wrinkles from being stored in overheated environments. In one order the clothes arrived wet from condensation inside their sealed plastic bags. When these issues arise, in about half of their items, Fashion Nova provides no access to customer support. They offer store credit only (that they call a "gift card" to add insult to injury!) and the customer has to pay for shipping to return their unacceptable merchandise, even the defective items. If an issue doesn't fall under the categories provided in their automated returns options, it is almost impossible to find a human to address the problem. And if you manage to find a human, they are no more helpful than the automated system. Yes, some of their designs are sharp (others are raunchy, only missing an arrow and "Insert Here") and some of their prices are very good, but don't underestimate the irritation of dealing with their inconsistent quality and sizes, or the extreme difficulty of finding remedies for those inconsistencies and the cost of multiple return shipping. I'm thinking it isn't worth the occasional good buy.”

“You say to pay for fast shipping to receive items within a few days and yet when I pay for fast shipping you still make me wait for 7 to ten days. Fashion nova needs to keep their words because people are trusting on receiving their items on time specially if we are paying extra to receive it faster”

“I bought a lot of clothing I lost quite a bit of weight and had nothing that fit right in my closet. I returned 95% of it some of the items were defective or just made kind of weird. What really had me irritated which is partly my fault for not fully reading the return policy. You don’t get YOUR money back only STORE CREDIT. Not only that YOU PAY $5 for A (1 single label) return shipping label and because I ordered so much I had several packages and UPS didn’t have a poly mailer to hold all of it I was CHARGED another $7 because I had to pay for shrink wrapping. So all of this for a store credit…for a store I wasn’t really impressed with. Moral of the story read the policies all of them! Or you too could be out of like $500”

“My last two orders have been delayed for an unreasonable time in arriving. I’ve noticed that if you order items just before they offer the 1 day shipping offer, my order is waylaid. If you can get packages to people in one day, it should never take 2 weeks for an order to be delivered. I am dissatisfied with the service.”

“After all this my blouse was delivered today July 8, a whole week and a day later after trhey insisted they delivered it on July3 ! I had bought from Shein a similar blouse not long after my Fashion Nova blouse wasn't delivered and I like the look of the Fashion Nova one better, and I also bought a similar outfit but it's not short sleeve like the one I bought from Fashion Nova, I wouldn't have spent this extra $ that I can't usually afford if this hadn't happened, I bought the outfit from Shein not expecting to receice it from Fashion Nova, it's supposed to be delivered on July 10.”

“I not sure why there are some reviews that say items are of good quality. They are not. They also, only partially refund you if the sell out of the item after you buy it. The are not upfront about their return policies.”

“Fashionnova is crazy! I saw a pink jumpsuit on their website in December for about 35.00, now today I am seeing that very same jumpsuit for 64.00 and there is a notification next to it saying buy one get one free!! I was totally appalled because all they did was up the prize of the jumpsuit and now claiming if you buy one you get one frre..RIDICULOUS!! It just means that if you do pay the 64.00 for the jumpsuit you are basically buying two jumpsuits at the original price of 34.00..That is so underhanded....that is why I will choose SHEIN ANYDAY OVER FASHIONNOVA. Shein do not play those sneaky deceiving games as Fashionnova does.”

“I ordered some items on 11/30/22. Didn’t get a follow email with shipping/tracking info until 3 days of the supposedly delivery date, which was two week later 12/13/22, then got a email saying delivery will be delayed until 12/14/22. Well I still haven’t got it. Fashion Nova told me they are not responsible for missing and delayed packages. To wait 72 hours because the delivery might be slow and I won’t be able to get a refund and they don’t give refunds in the form of payment, only a credit issued. NEVER AGAIN will I shop with them. These companies make so much money off customers and don’t supply the customer service, customers deserve! Not to mention they don’t communicate through phone.”

“I've ordered from them about 3 times now. I will say: if you don't live in the States, I do not recommend as their return policy is absolute garbage (they don't cover return shipping for international orders). Bought $500 worth of items, wanted to return 4 that didn't fit for about $128-ish and shipping from Canada back to them cost at least $58-60 so in the end, I'm getting roughly $60 back. The cost benefit wasn't worth it for me this time. Sizes are hit and miss unless you have a BBL/model body type. I def. will not bother ordering from them again.”

“It’s a love/hate relationship with fashion nova.. do they stock the best jeans I’ve ever worn? Yes. Are most of their other items a little size inaccurate and overpriced? Also yes.. in my opinion. Being in Australia I’m always expecting the shipping to take a little longer, however, this time I paid for express shipping and it been over a month with no package and I am pretty disappointed. But will I continue to make purchases? More than likely.”
