“I ordered two shots size large .. the shirt I got was a small! I have attempted to contact them to exchange it but have yet to hear back. I should not have to pay shipping because of a mess up on Fashionnovas end and pay MORE money.. After this, I think I will buy clothes elsewhere”

“I've been a customer since early 2017, I never had problems from that time up until May 2020. The first problems is the change of shipping time and processing; it used to be 2-day shipping for $7.99, and processing would take less than 48 hours for me, sometimes it would be shipped within an hour or two after ordering. I'm not sure why they made the change but it is now $4.99 for 3-7 business day shipping, and I receive orders 2 weeks or 3 weeks after ordering. Expedited shipping is longer than the predicted time now, which is ridiculous. They will be losing me as a customer, they have become unprofessional and taking advantage of customers. This is the last order I will be making from Fashion Nova, as I've made over 30 orders with them but after this I don't plan on making anymore.”

“I placed my order and the day it was delivered or the tracking stated delivered,it never showed to my address,I contacted them several times and they ended up not caring about the problem.Word to the wise,if you order from them be prepared no matter what;they are always right,not the customer.They suck!”

“I ordered 4 pairs of jeans all the same size and when it arrived only one fit so I had to return the others. I went ahead and reordered the jeans that didn't fit in another size so they wouldn't sell out. I just dont like the return policy because they only offer store credit which I dont want. If I am in the store and can try the clothes on before buying then I can understand but online you obviously cant tell. The clothes are cute but I probably wont shop here again because I should be given my money back not stuck with a gift card because the way I see it is if I order again and they dont fit again I'll be in the same predicament.”

“I think this company's reviews could be better if they displayed the size the model is wearing or inform customers sizes run bigger or smaller than normally. They offer you a credit, upon returning items. If I paid with a credit card or gift card, I expect my money to be returned in that same form. You are forcing a customer to buy from you again, which I stoppes shopping there. I'm constantly returning stuff and sizes are jacked up.”

“The items that I purchased from them are of good quality. The only thing is there delivery service...very unreliable. Be wary that it could take 3 full weeks to a month of waiting for your items.”

“ill start by saying this is my 4th and probably last time ordering from fashion nova. my total is CA$445.28 + $20 express shipping = CA$465.28 SUMMER code (30%) gave me 133.68$ OFF total = CA$331.60 however.. my credit card got charged 465.28 so im conveniently missing 133.68$$ ... the exact amount of the SUMMER coupon.. I called their customer Service waited 22 minutes to get through, was on the phone for an hour 1 minute, she repeatedly put me on hold while she "spoke" with the support team who was not helpful one bit. They blamed it on the currency change, blamed it on my bank and told me to call them to fix the amount??? finally blamed it on not seeing the Canadian amount on their end so they couldn't help I was only charged @00 and something she said.. I have literal proof and screenshots of the bank, the Invoice, the completed transaction stating my credit card is getting charged 465 when the total was 331 ... the end of it they couldn't do anything. They did offer finally to try and cancel my order but i would need to sit on hold for a long time again for a maybe, i figured whats 133 to the 465 i already spent lets get the order and hope for the fkn best and most likely (depending how in love with the clothes i turn to be) never ever order from them again. “They get you excited about receiving your order when they let you know it's on the way and expected delivery date is within 3 or 4 days but in reality you don't get it until about two weeks later don't even bother checking the tracking history because it doesn't get updated.”

“I won't be shopping with Fashion Nova again. Clothes can be lovely but if they don't fit it's not easy to return them. I was charged a hefty Customs Charge of £85 for a £149 order. It's an extortionate amount, especially for clothes that don't fit.”

“This was my first time shopping at fashion nova. I bought 3 items; 2 tops and a track suit. One of my tops came nothing like the picture. It was way too small and the straps didn’t stay up. For the track set that I bought they forgot to put the pants in my order so just the top came. When I called this women said they can’t just send me my shorts that I’d have to return the top (which you have to pay for to return) wait for them to send me a gift card so I can repurchase it. The facts that this was an inconvenience to me and they’re making me pay to return a set that they messed up on is terrible service. I wish they gave money back but it’s only in a gift card and it’s safe to say I won’t be shopping here again. On top of that my delivery didn’t come on time. It came 2 days late.”

“I received 2 outfits. Both outfits had dull colors different than the pictures. The quality and material was not what I expected. It costs to return them. So, I will keep the outfits. I was so excited to get the new clothes. I opened the bags with disappointment. I can say the sizes are correct. This is why I have 2 stars. The shipping was faster than expected and customer service did reply to my emails. No more online shopping for me. I'll wait until the malls reopen.”

“I’ve been a fashion nova customer for over a decade. I’ve never once had issues with sizing as I follow the sizing chart. I just received my order a week ago and one of my items did not fit around my chest. I kindly asked for it to be refunded with a store credit and they refused because the item ended in a price that excludes exchanges or refunds, which I wasn’t aware of. This item is not a body suit nor bathing suit. I’ve never experienced any item that is not one of those listed where you can’t exchange it. Had I know this, I would not have purchased this item. Because I frequently make orders through fashion nova, you’d think that they’d show sympathy for a loyal customer. Nope!! They copy and paste their responses to emails and pay no attention to any detail of my concern. This frustrates me because I work in the customer service industry and I am always doing everything I could to make my customers happy. I would not want to risk a bad review for a simple fix which a multi million dollar company could afford to take a small $20 hit on. It really disappointed me that they could not hear me out, so I asked to speak to a manager. The manager literally copied and pasted the EXACT SAME response that the previous representative wrote!! Unbelievable! I have never experienced anything like this. It’s clear to me that they don’t take the time to read any concerns that a customer may have. They do not care. To them, it’s quantity over quality. I highly recommend that anyone reading this takes this into account if they ever order anything from this website. Oh, of course they still haven’t been able to satisfy me at all. A customer for over a decade has now been lost. Very disappointing.”

“They clothing overpriced & you can buy it somewhere else cheaper. It looks like it was made for people who have had work done on their bodies. You can’t even get a refund only store credit which is nonsense. You shouldn’t be forced into buying something else from them. I will never buy anything else from them definitely not worth it.”

“The clothes are generally good quality but customer service is terrible. I've bought more than 15 outfits for my wife in the past year and have never been able to return a single item or even get help. On a two-piece bathing suit the top was fine but the bottoms were too big. I offered to buy a smaller size just to get the bottoms if they would sell them at the same price I paid earlier but they had doubled the price and wouldn't sell them to me for what I paid earlier. Just got another outfit that just doesn't fit (sometimes their medium and large sizes vary) and they won't allow an exchange to get the right size. WTF? What retailer won't let you try to at least get the right size when you buy something online because they said it was on sale. Everything on the website is on sale!! This is ridiculous. Won't be buying from them any more.”

“First time I ordered from Fashion Nova I received the wrong size in a pair of pants and I ordered thigh high boots, first time wearing the boots, the heel broke! Decided to give them another try and ordered some jeans, this is the only reason I gave them 2 stars because their jeans have always been awesome! Ordered regular modest long sleeve body suits for work and apparently the model in their image is wearing it wrong because the neck line is so low its a freakin reverse crop top... cant leave reviews on their website, what a coincidence...”

“My order came late because of an "emergency weather update" meanwhile the weather was clear skies... I ordered a stretch jean in a size up and when it arrived it was so small and tight. I also bought a top size L that couldnt even fit my breasts into it. It was basically for an A cup meanwhile I bought L. There was also a huge hole on the side of the shirt. You're not allowed to exchange items which sucks because now I have to pay 7.99 for their shipping label to return the items that were then 50% off and buy new items that are not on sale anymore.”

“I ordered yellow plaid pants and the product description was misleading it said that the pants came with a tremendous amount of stretch they literally had no stretch it was my first time ordering from you guys and now I'm not sure if I want to order again”
