“I ordered a pair of SUPER cute camo pants and they arrived on time but only for me to see the sewing is super jaggy on them! Not a straight line can be found when looking at the seems and the lining fabric is white and shows on the waist. I was hoping to get my money back but the return policy is only store credit..”

“I have purchased so many things from Fashion Nova and I love how fast their shipping has been...to me anyhow. HOWEVER I truly hate the fact that they have a no return policy and everything is exchange and their return structure is horrible. I got a package and I was missing the pants to a set. I returned over $100 worth of clothing on the 13th of January, it is now January 27th and tracking still says its in transit. I have emailed them a thousand times and they keep responding with the same messages saying that its on its way to them. I want to use the credit to get other things but its such a hassle to have to return stuff and then wait almost a month just to get a credit. I am truly debating if I will be shopping there again.”

“I ordered 4 dresses with the intention of keeping 2 and returning the others. After paying $8 to return the ones I didn’t like, Fashion Nova gave me store credit rather than refunding me for the dresses. I emailed them asking if they could please put the money back on my card as I was under the impression that it worked that way, as it does with most stores. Ultimately they refused and now im stuck with store credit for a store I no longer want to shop with considering one of the dresses I kept ripped the first time I wore it.”

“Materials were decent some Jean's fit bigger because they do stretch. What gets you is their return I had returned 2 items $24.99 & $34.99 to only get back $29.99. How they justify it is by saying you got a discount when you bought it. Their return policy clearly says what won't be refunded, not that they will slap you with a stupid excuse! Never will I shop here!!”

“The dress i ordered was so darn cute, but it was damaged. There was a tear in the seam, and they have not responded or even tried to rectify the situation. Because of the poor customer service, I will never order from them again.”

“I ordered from FN since 2017; decent quality and jeans are true to size, and their delivery time from order was always very quick. I could order Monday and had my stuff by Friday. If I ever had issues, id just return the items & within 2-3 days, I got an email and a credit. Now.... fast forward Nov/Dec 2019....I ordered some clothes, they didn't fit. They have this new return process, u pay a flat free of about $8...and apparently takes 2 weeks before they even get the return. ALso, I ordered stuff over two weeks ago, and still haven't received it. Never had issues before, but based on the last 3 orders, I wont be ordering from them. quality is good, overall, but not knowing when im going to receive my items where in the past it was always quick, isn't ideal.”

“Always ordered from fashion nova, and it was always sent to the same P.O. Box, I ordered probably on Black Friday,cyber Monday and everything was going fine but I noticed I got an email that said (“oops we missed you”) so I was thinking they are backed up on orders yeah it’s fine. I went to go check my tracking and it says “undeliverable”, by reading their policies there are no refunds, they put your items you have purchased back on the shelves they don’t even care to send it back. They won’t give you your money back, but they’ll put it in a gift card. What if I don’t want to use that money on fashion nova. I bought everything with a good price yanno their sales was killer ain’t gunna lie but not having what I had with those discounted prices. Like really what’s the point in shopping again. I’m just saying it isn’t the customers fault that the postal service made a mistake.”

“I've had some great experiences with Fashion Nova, but mostly it's just been awful. Things always come in pretty quick so that's a plus. Their sizing is so inconsistent it's a waste of your time. Plus there are no refunds on your money. Some items are final sale and you won't know that they're final sale until after you've decided it looks terrible on you or doesn't fit. They don't tell you that before purchasing. I've seriously bought the same size in a variety of different jeans and either they'll be way too big or way too small. They never fit! I've been sent things that are damaged and are non-refundable. It's honestly just obnoxious. Like figure out your sizing and stick with it!!! A large isn't a small and vice-versa.”

“Fashion Nova have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY EVER. Enjoy your 15 min of success, cuz in 15 years. It will be on to the next big thing. I don’t understand how a business do not care about their customer. But yet customers are the ones making their pockets fat. Come up with a new strategy please.”

“I have ordered multiple times from fashion nova, their sizes are always inconsistent and the worse part is you never receive your full order because they always miscalculated the stock then the portion that you do get takes forever to be received in the mail .”

“When the clothes ACTUALLY get to you, the experience is great. But the shipping is HORRIBLE. They have to think of a more efficient method. How is it that I ordered an item on the 2nd of December, received a shipping email on the 8th and 3 days later my items are STILL in LA, California??? I understand that it’s the holiday season but this is horrible. When you call customer service, they sound sweet but can never offer a solution. The only offer they give you is a 25% coupon on your next order.”

“I ordered about 5 things off of fashion nova and 2 of my favorite jackets were refunded because they were sold out and this was during the sales of 50% off. I wish fashion nova said they were out of stock but they didn’t so my First experience was horrible & I don’t think I’m going to order from them anymore and you should either because they’re unreliable.”

“Buyer beware!! If you want to return anything they do not give you your money back. Fashion Nova will only give you a store credit "gift card," and they charge you $7.99 per item to return!! I'm paying almost as much to return these cheaply made items as it was to purchase them.”
