I ordered 4 dresses with the intention of keeping 2 and returning the others. After paying $8 to return the ones I didn’t like, Fashion Nova gave me store credit rather than refunding me for the dresses. I emailed them asking if they could please put the money back on my card as I was under the impression that it worked that way, as it does with most stores. Ultimately they refused and now im stuck with store credit for a store I no longer want to shop with considering one of the dresses I kept ripped the first time I wore it.
