I have purchased so many things from Fashion Nova and I love how fast their shipping has been...to me anyhow. HOWEVER I truly hate the fact that they have a no return policy and everything is exchange and their return structure is horrible. I got a package and I was missing the pants to a set. I returned over $100 worth of clothing on the 13th of January, it is now January 27th and tracking still says its in transit. I have emailed them a thousand times and they keep responding with the same messages saying that its on its way to them. I want to use the credit to get other things but its such a hassle to have to return stuff and then wait almost a month just to get a credit. I am truly debating if I will be shopping there again.
