“I really just wanted to write all of you to empower you again. I’m not sure if everyone is aware but if you call your banking institution they will issue a claim and then refund. Although, It doesn’t take away your time and that you now have to shop somewhere else with additional delay. Hopefully, we use our buying power to in force change, instead of accepting bad behavior. Sounds like a toxic relationship smh”

“Ordered $370 worth of merchandise on cyber Monday and didn’t get a confirmation email it doesn’t even show I have any completed orders on my account either. I usually never have a issue and get my items 2-3 days later not even paying extra for shipping. But this is ridiculous no reply to my emails or anything. If it’s late or something I wouldn’t even mind but taking my money and then nothing to show for it is bad on the company. The promos are still running yet orders still haven’t been filled. I can see it’s not just me now. I was having a mini meltdown thinking of I had done something wrong. The only proof I have is the money missing in my account. Reading down I see that people are going to contact their banks to get the money returned to them and that’s what It’s going to have to come down to now.”

“I placed an order h(first and maybe last)on December 2nd and I mistakenly put the wrong email, I have contacted them via email and phone. don't get me wrong the representative over the phone was very nice he said that my email was going to be changed yet I haven't received anything, later on that day I got an email from another representative via email and I explained what had happen again and yet nothing has been resolved but they have the time to charge me”

“Hey! I’m Spanish so we have a custom fee which was 165€ for an order that cost me 295€ delivery included. Im wondering what would it happen if I decide not to get the package and save those 165. I had seen the return policy of items NOT A WHOLE ORDER. I need help;(”

“The discounts are lies, all the "buy 1 get one free" NO. You pay for both 😆 the 30% off and the "discounts" they always do, i ALWAYS pay full price lmao. The clothes arent awful (3stars) but the discounts are a joke.”

“Hit and Miss with the clothes fitting and looking right. Return process is horrible! You have to wait almost a month for a Damn store credit! I don’t think I will be ordering from them again!”

“These guys are so hit and miss . I made an order recently and I’m a slim girl got everything in xs or small . Things that I received were not true to size !! They sent smalls that were HUGE last time I ordered I got smalls that were way too small smh none of their sizes make sense . Also , they make clothes in shape for girls with fake bodies . I got a tracksuit that fit good on the legs but we’re super big at the crotch and butt . Not everyone has a bbl !! I got the oh you going set it was super cute then in the mail it was HUGE definetly NOT an xs . And when I left a review , it only shows good reviews on the page ! Lol it only shows the reviews of 5 stars and mine wasn’t posted .i ordered $500 and nothing looks like it did online on the models . The fabrics are cheap and poorly made and everything is super big . Waste of money”

“So I bought some jeans from fashion Nova. 3 pairs to be exact. One did not fit so I literally returned them two days later . I had to pay for shipping on their site ($7.99) and Also I had to pay $13.00 and packaging it ended up being $17. Now I’ve had to pay $25 for pants I’m trying to return. It takes about a week for them to receive it. They took $11.00 off what they owed me. When I bought the pants they were $34.99. They were not on sale at all. Now I have $25 they gave me on a gift card. So if your buying ANYTHING from them I suggest making sure it will fit (measuring your self) before buying anything from them! I won’t be buying anything else. I’m literally paying all over again pretty much.”

“Out of 5 items only 2 fit. The charge for returning items is insane. My gift card for items returned was not applied to my order and the order was processed without my coupon code, or my gift card or authorization. I have sent two emails but will likely have to dispute with my bank because the company is impossible to deal with. Their shopping experience is an absolute nightmare”

“I tried giving them chance after chance but fashionnova is just overrated and overprice. Their clothes are sooo poor quality, like something you would get from wish. I bought a t shirt and i felt like i got scammed because the material was so thin I feel like it would fall apart after 3 washes. The print on the shirt was nothing like the picture on the website. I also bought another skort and they somehow managed to make it uneven. Bad quality.”

“i ordered a size 1x in jeans, a size that i have a few pairs in that fits great. these came and the tag was 1x but the jean was several inches smaller at the waist, hips and thighs. i reached out to their customer service team and they gave me a $14 store credit which didn’t at all address or solve the issue of the misleading and incorrect sizing. now i have a pair of jeans i can’t wear. i won’t be shopping there again.”

“The clothes are beautiful and they fit well. I received many compliments on the dress I had purchased, but take note of two things: 1 - when ordering shoes, I suggest ordering a size up 2 - should you want to return items, be careful of possible extra fees I ordered shoes in my usual size which turned out to be too small. Fashion Nova stated that I could return the shoes for a store credit and then I could order a new pair, but in such case, I would be charged an additional 50% restocking fee and should the item be returned in resalable condition. In my opinion, the same applies to the seller. If a seller expects an item to be in a salable condition, then the customer should also be entitled to an item that is in usable condition. When a customer purchases a service or an item, they do so in good faith - good faith that the service or item is in a reasonable condition, which it was not: I ordered the correct size and was provided a faulty item. I should not be penalized for wanting to return a faulty item.”

“Fashion nova has a return site that i placed my email my item number paid my money 7.99 and 9.99 tried to print my return packing label and the label does not print. No there is nothing wrong with my printer because i went to work and tried to print and the label wont print FN i cant believe you guys are scamming consumers this way, this is WRONG, no in order to return i have to go to UPS and repay again, YOU GUYS ARE LOW DOWN.”

“After i shipped my clothes for return, i found out 2 weeks after that items that end with .00, .96, .97, and .98 is final sale (nonrefundable). I spent 75 dollars and only gotten back 40 dollars. They only do store credit back. Overnight shipping was delayed for a whole week. I paid 15 for the overnight shipping. This didn't happen once but twice. Their clothes isn't worth the hype. The jeans are ight, nothing special. I'll just stick to leggings.”

“THEY LITERALLY DONT WORK WITH YOU. I really did love the clothes I got... however some items were way too big for me.. even after ordering size smalls Im trying to return the items to get XS or different clothes. But apparently cause I got it on a sale I will only get half that money back in STORE CREDIT like just give me my freaking money.. plus I have to pay to ship it back. The clothes are so nice and I love em but the shipping process is literally the worst it doesn’t make it worth it if you order and it doesn’t fit cause they honestly won’t care or even try to help you.”

“I excitedly ordered these neon pants, to wear on my birthday 8/3/2019. I decided to order them in plenty of time, just in case I needed to return them, try them on and whatnot. I wore them last week...they were a HIT, every one loved them, I even got questions on where I purchased them. I excitedly told them. I WAS happy with my purchase, the price, and the delivery. HOWEVER............ I am very disappointed and I think I'll stick to purchasing in a store instead. The neon pink pants went from NEON to Peach colored jeans...Horrible..... I wish this website would allow pictures because I have proof.”

“first of all the reviews on their website are only positive. i’ve posted a bad review for a particular item before and it was never posted. so they’re not letting you see real reviews on the product. their sizes are VERY inconsistent. i once reordered a dress 3 times because my normal size, small, was WAY too small. i reordered all the way up to a large and it still barely fit. this time i ordered five dresses all in small. 2/5 fit. two of them would be a xxsmall in normal brands. absolutely ridiculous.”
