“I’m reading these awful reviews prior to having any bad experience w fashion nova. I did order a dress from them that was estimated to be delivered Friday April,15. I checked again today and now it’s saying it’s punched back to Monday the 18th, which is the day after I actually need it by. I just hope that they don’t disappoint when it comes to shipping and delivery and that somehow they get it to me ahead of time. For all that I can go back to SHEIN bc at least they would give me a wider ran green estimate and even be early. I really don’t wanna deal w any mishaps w fashion nova 🙄”

“When I first began using this online store, shipment and returns were great !! NOW shipment take weeks and in some cases are not even shipped. E-gift cards for returns take mutiple emails with customer service telling you to check your spam for the e-gift cards days to weeks after the supposed credit was issued. How ironnic that the email response to the query comes to your email but the e-gift credit somehow is LOST in cyberspace.. The redundant email from customer service telling you to check SPAM mail implies the customer who has written 3-5 emails telling them after checking SPAM mail the e-gift credit has not been recieved must be a LIAR ILLERATE, BLIND, OR DUMB. After 5 emails I am still waiting on refund...... Altough, Fashion Nova have some cute items the hassle and frustration is no longer worth the products.”

“I used to absolutely LOVE fashionnova until just recently! I placed an order and did RUSH shipping so that I could have it to wear for my birthday. I placed the order on what I believe was the 11th and my order was supposed to be delivered on the 14th. I followed the tracking and was ready I even followed FedEx tracking. So the 14th I got a text and email saying delivered I literally kid you not I was flying down the stairs immediately! No order no FedEx truck nothing! About 5 minutes before getting them I was outside but ran into the house because I forgot something. I asked my neighbor had she seen a FedEx truck she says no. Anyway I contact fashionnova they took me to wait a few days but in the mean time credited me for my shipping 21.55. Still waiting to hear back and emailed them again that I had not received my order after going back and forth with them I received an email saying I got a refund of 21.55. So maybe I’m a little slow but my original order was 85.13. I believe they owe me more back!! I am sooooo upset !! I honestly just wanted them to send the order out again because I still needed it but they instead just sent me a refund that was not even close to what I paid!! Never again!”

“The products have gone down drastically. It's crazy. They see horrible quality and all these prices give every reason to make you think that it comes straight from China. The sizes are way too small.”

“No customer service to call with issues never received my product but still had to pay for it!!!! The USPS said they delivered it to an incorrect address but because they have no customer service I am out the money!!!! I do not recommend”

“Sizes are all messed up and beware of returns. for returns you will have to pay shipping and you will get a gift card from them. You will never receivw your money back”

“Last three years I have been a dedicated supporter of Fashion Nova. Not sure what happened during the end of 2021 going into 2022 but they are falling off. Fake shipping dates that change on a drop of a dime. Damage packages received at their shipping facility with no feedback to customer. It now takes up to (3) weeks to receive your order from them. Customer service email support is ghost, will not respond at all. Can not get anyone on the phone. I currently have a $150.00 order that I have yet to receive, orderd (3) weeks ago! Only resort now it appears is to file a BBB complaint. Sadly my relationship with Fashion is over, which sucks because they have some really nice clothes.”

“i have been waiting on my package over a week, going on two weeks . First they sent me a delivery date on the 19th Then they said the 22nd And now i get a text it should have arrived this morning at 9:22 still no package I need this outfit for Saturday . Very disappointed with Fashion Nova”

“There clothes runs way too small. If you selling clothing for small waist thick thigh women especially jumpers please have elastic in waist so we can pull it over our thighs. Now I am a large size 12/13. Fashion nova large is way to small and xl can barely fit. Please resize your clothing appropriately. I still order but if it's too small I just pass it on. The return process is a hassle”

“Ive ordered from Fashion Nova so many times and never had an issue. I had a $200+ order and suddenly my package was "delivered" but nothing was delivered. I reached out to Fashion Nova and the tracking company (lashership) and apparently I cant get my money back or even a credit to reorder my lost items. I have never had this problem before. If you want customers to continue shopping with you, then maybe get a better shipping company or allow refunds or credits for missing items. Super annoying never shopping there again.”

“Bad service they stolen more 1,660.05$ before one year And before one week i pay vip shipping to delivery my package in 3-4 day for my birthday but now day6 and nothing come why fashion nova hasn’t handed my backage to dhl why my order hasn’t any movement why!!! Ineed support”

“I will never pay for Rush shipping again. I placed orders twice for express/rush shipping deciding to give it one more try just in case the first time was a fluke. It wasn't, I will never waste money one it again. Also, beware they only give store credit for returns.”

“Don’t get expedited shipping it never comes on time I would only suggest getting from here if your willing to wait a while. I’ve ordered for here a few times and normally get with in 1-3 weeks but I ordered on Boxing Day and spent 275$ and I heard nothing for two months and got in contact with fashionova and they told me to contact DHL. I’ve only just received a refund gift card. I was trying for ages but was no use not six months later they have refunded me”

“I normally have a great experience with fashionNova when they shipped through FedEx and UPS. As of recently they have changed shipping companies to Lasership. The worst shipping company ever. Still have not received my package I ordered over a month ago. They sent a text yesterday saying it was “delivered” but I never received any of my items. My order is over $300”

“I like FN clothes but their shipping is terrible. I placed an order Dec. 2, received a email 2 weeks ago saying it was ready to ship , and still no tracking number or information estimated delivery. I sent a few emails to them, only received a robot response. There's no point of contacting them , I asked for a refund , got a automatic response. Their shipping carrier sucks when they do send it out, they will say the package was delivered when it wasn't. I probably won't order from them anymore , its a pain to return things and scamming people.”

“Ordered over a week ago and my package still says, “ready to ship” but hasn’t. Starting to wonder if it will ever ship. Not happy. Especially because the last 3 things I’ve bought from them were coming apart at the seams when they arrived. This is the last time I buy anything from fashionNova”
