Ive ordered from Fashion Nova so many times and never had an issue. I had a $200+ order and suddenly my package was "delivered" but nothing was delivered. I reached out to Fashion Nova and the tracking company (lashership) and apparently I cant get my money back or even a credit to reorder my lost items. I have never had this problem before. If you want customers to continue shopping with you, then maybe get a better shipping company or allow refunds or credits for missing items. Super annoying never shopping there again.
