This was my first time shopping at fashion nova. I bought 3 items; 2 tops and a track suit. One of my tops came nothing like the picture. It was way too small and the straps didn’t stay up. For the track set that I bought they forgot to put the pants in my order so just the top came. When I called this women said they can’t just send me my shorts that I’d have to return the top (which you have to pay for to return) wait for them to send me a gift card so I can repurchase it. The facts that this was an inconvenience to me and they’re making me pay to return a set that they messed up on is terrible service. I wish they gave money back but it’s only in a gift card and it’s safe to say I won’t be shopping here again. On top of that my delivery didn’t come on time. It came 2 days late.
