I ordered some items on 11/30/22. Didn’t get a follow email with shipping/tracking info until 3 days of the supposedly delivery date, which was two week later 12/13/22, then got a email saying delivery will be delayed until 12/14/22. Well I still haven’t got it. Fashion Nova told me they are not responsible for missing and delayed packages. To wait 72 hours because the delivery might be slow and I won’t be able to get a refund and they don’t give refunds in the form of payment, only a credit issued. NEVER AGAIN will I shop with them. These companies make so much money off customers and don’t supply the customer service, customers deserve! Not to mention they don’t communicate through phone.
