I’ll start by saying that I’ve made more than 75 purchases from Fashion Nova since 2018, and I have proof to back that up.
Recently, I placed an order worth $440, which I never received. I contacted their customer service, and Fashion Nova told me that it wasn’t their problem and that they aren’t responsible for a missing package. However, in reality, the merchant is responsible for the order until it is received by the customer. If the package is not received, the merchant must refund the customer.
Since they made no attempt to help me, I contacted the Consumer Protection Office in my country (Canada). They advised me to contact my bank and file a chargeback request, which I did. After that, Fashion Nova reached out to me, suddenly claiming they wanted to help, but since there was already an active chargeback request, they said there was nothing they could do.
Now, I placed another order afterward, and I received it yesterday. My order was missing one of the sets I purchased and instead included a pair of boots — which I never ordered at all!
I contacted customer service again, and so far, I still haven’t received any response from them.
I’ll probably have to contact my bank again to dispute the missing item.
This is theft, Fashion Nova!
